Privacy policy
Solithra collects only the information needed to operate submissions, moderation, security, and editorial communication. Public submission data may include your name, email address, writing, uploaded file, social handle, and verification token.
How information is used
Information is used to review work, communicate editorial decisions, prevent abuse, maintain publication records, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded documents are kept in a private Google Drive folder and protected submission metadata is stored in Supabase.
Human verification
Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited device and network information to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
Security and retention
Submission files are not public and are never exposed through shared Drive links. Access is restricted to the active owner through authenticated DIVES endpoints; service credentials remain server-side and database access is protected by row-level security. The owner may delete stored submissions, subject to legal and editorial record obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your personal submission information by contacting solithra2025@gmail.com, subject to legal and editorial record obligations.
